Create Your Daily Chakra Healing Practice

Hello and welcome to my Daily Chakra Healing Practice course.

Energy healing and reconnection through the Chakra system to improve the health and wellbeing of your mind, body and soul. Do you have all or some of the following? These are in no particular order:

  • anxiety
  • fluctuating energy
  • lack of concentration
  • exhaustion – lethargy
  • disinterest, lack of enthusiasm and inspiration for everything and everyone
  • brain fog
  • problems expressing yourself
  • sleep issues
  • digestive issues
  • lack of confidence
  • feeling lost – shut down – disconnected
  • struggling with relationships (we connect to each other through our Chakra system)
  • fear the unknown
  • a ramping up of your fears,
  • fear about things you weren’t afraid of before
  • nothing is working for you
  • life not flowing for you
  • struggling to communicate
  • feel like you have no voice
  • feel you don’t want to be here any longer.

If you have answered yes to any of these then you could be in ‘SURVIVAL MODE’ and need to reconnect with your soul-self through your Chakra System. The past three years have taken a huge toll on all of us.

Through my work as a Spiritual Past Life Regression Therapist, Chakra Healing Therapist and Holistic Life Coach, I have many clients come to me with all of kinds of issues from anxiety, feeling lost and stuck, to feeling like they don’t want to be here anymore. I check their Chakras to see what is happening to their energy system and their upper chakras are shut and one or two of their lower chakras are working, sometimes barely. They  are in Survival Mode and need to reconnect with their soul-self through their Chakra System.

Why is it important to have open working Chakras and why is Chakra wellness fundamental to our wellbeing on all levels of our existence? We are made of vibration and energy and need to remain connected to our energy source at all times; just as a light bulb needs a power source to operate. We live in a world that draws us away from our quiet inner place and takes us ‘offline’. This translates into physical, mental and spiritual unwellness. Having a daily Chakra practice is vital to improve your health and wellbeing on an energetic level and your ability to fully present, stay alive and well.  It keeps us ‘online’ to be open and reconnect with our higher soul selves and those who guide and walk with us.

My Intention for creating this course:  My intention for creating this course is to provide you simple and easy to use tools to maintain a healthy functioning Chakra system for the overall welfare of your mind, body, spirit connection. I will show you how to easily make this a part of your everyday ritual just as you would wash your body, brush your teeth, comb your hair, feed and move your body. With dedication and practice you will be able to do this with minimal effort and maximum result. Plus, you will start to develop your own way of connecting to your inner guidance and build on what you have learned here. By the end of this course, you will have all the tools to easily activate, balance and maintain a healthy, fully functioning Chakra System, which will further develop your spiritual awareness, open the connection to your higher-self, guidance and insights from spirit realm, as well as your overall health and wellbeing. You will hopefully feel more peaceful, calm, attuned, aware and connected through your energetic body to your physical body

By adopting and using this simple daily 5 – 10 minute practice you will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of your Chakra System and its direct connection to our life force.
  • Build a strong connection with your higher self and life force.
  • Connect, open, and activate your Chakras to allow your energy/chi to flow freely around you energetic and physical bodies.
  • Recognise and clear any closed chakras, emotional issues, blocked energy in the body.
  • Process emotional, stressful issues in a healthy way by clearing blocked energy in your physical and energy  bodies.
  • You will know how to maintain a healthy energetic body through the chakra practice.
  • Develop a simple daily practice to bring about the above outcomes.
  • Feel more alive, peaceful, connected, grounded, calm and present.
  • Raise your conscious awareness and be more mindful and conscious of yourself as a soulful being.
  • Maintain a strong and healthy energetic mind, body, soul connection, with soul self in spirit and those who guide you.

How will we do this together? I will do the following:

  • Introduce the Chakra system as the source of your life force, the powerhouse of the mind, body, soul connection and how it is vital you have your Chakras open and fully functioning so you can maintain your body through your soul.
  • Teach you to locate, chart and monitor your symptoms so you can see your progress by using the Daily Chakra Healing Practice.
  • Guide you through each Chakra, teach you how to open up the chakra, and get it is working properly.
  • Share with you my simple daily practice to keep your Chakras open, healthy and functioning at their highest level.
  • Take you on a guided chakra meditation I use as part of my LightPath Journey Past Life Regression process which you can also download and use whenever you feel the need. You can use this to receive guidance and insights from your higher-self/guides and teachers.

Who is this course for? 

  • Anyone who is seeking to live a more conscious life and remember who they are.
  • For those of you who are who are time precious, and who isn’t these days, I’ll show you how easy it is to integrate a Chakra workout into your busy day.
  • Whether you are a beginner or an expert in Chakras there will be something for you to take away and make your own. 

What do you need to do this course?

  • A journal you can use as a Chakra Diary. You can use a device if you choose. Make sure you will be able to apply colour to your pages should you choose to.
  • Pen or pencil for notetaking and coloured pencils/pens should you feel the need to use them.
  • An open mind.
  • Bring your best visualization techniques or if you feel you have none then this is a great place to start.
  • A quiet comfortable place where you relax either standing, sitting or laying down and hopefully won’t be interrupted. I do mine in the shower each morning.
  • Allocate about 10 mins each day – you can take longer if you wish. 
  • Turn off your phone or don’t answer it if it pings, tings or rings.
  • The willingness to bring yourself to the present for this time.
